Welcome to Goblins & Gunslingers ("GNG", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website at goblinsandgunslingers.com (the "Site"), our online card game, or purchasing any physical or digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use our services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

3. Digital Content and Virtual Currency

• Virtual Items: Ore, Dust, digital cards, booster packs, and other in-game items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They are licensed to you, not sold.
• No Resale: You may not sell, trade, or transfer virtual items for real money or anything of value outside the game.
• No Guarantee of Availability: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items or game features at any time.
• Purchases: All purchases of digital content are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

4. Purchases and Payments

Purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Disrupt or interfere with the service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site -- including card art, game mechanics, character names, lore, code, and design -- is the property of Goblins & Gunslingers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Physical Products

Physical card products (starter decks, booster packs) are sold as-is. Shipping times and costs vary by location. Defective products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments after delivery confirmation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and game are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goblins & Gunslingers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, virtual items, or profits.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-game notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
